Welcome to the GotGreatNeighbors.net community ("GGN" or the "Website"), a service provided by Big Dipper, LLC, an Illinois Limited Liability Company (the "Company," "We," or "Us"). This document constitutes a legal agreement between you and the Company. By using the Website, you accept the terms, conditions, and notices contained within this agreement. Modification
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change the terms of this agreement at any time. These modifications shall become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Website after any such modifications shall constitute acceptance of the new terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use GGN. Membership in the Website is void where prohibited. By using the Website, you represent and guarantee that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and abide by its terms, conditions, and notices.
Exclusive Use
Your account is for your sole and exclusive use. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity.
Online Conduct
Appropriate online conduct is extremely important to us. By using GGN, you agree to the following:
a. You are solely responsible for the content or information you publish, display, or otherwise communicate on GGN.
b. You will not post on GGN, or transmit to other users, or otherwise communicate any of the following:
i. Defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity).
ii. Personal or identifying information about another person without that person's express consent.
iii. Material that constitutes affiliate marketing, link referral codes, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any unsolicited commercial advertisement.
iv. Material that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party, or content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships.
c. You will create and maintain only one unique profile on the Website.
d. You will not impersonate any person or entity or falsely misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
e. You will not download any file posted by another user that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner.
f. You will not harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses, without their express consent.
g. You will not contact anyone who has asked not to be contacted.
h. You will not use automated means to download or post any items from or on the Website.
i. You will not participate in group-specific activities, including but not limited to searching for items, if you are not a member, employee, or otherwise legitimately affiliated with said group(s). In addition, GGN reserves the right to decline any group request or remove any group from the GGN community for any reason, at any time we deem appropriate or necessary.

a. Proprietary Rights. We own and retain all proprietary rights in the Website and the services it provides. The Website contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of the Company and its licensors. Except for that information which is in the public domain or for which you have been given written permission, you may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information.
b. Content Posted by Users. Opinions, advice, statements, offers, or other information or content made available through the Website, but not directly by the Company, are those of their respective authors, and should not necessarily be relied upon. Interaction with Others
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of GGN. You agree to take normal precautions when meeting individuals through GGN. Please carefully select the information you reveal to others.
In no event shall we be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to the conduct of you or anyone else in connection with the use of the Website, including without limitation, bodily injury, emotional distress, and/or any other damages resulting from communications or meetings with other users of the Website.

The Website may contain links to other websites or resources. We have no control over these websites or resources and are not responsible for their availability or content. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of, or reliance upon, any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such site or resource.

We agree to keep confidential all information supplied to the Company by you, including credit card numbers and other financial information, and shall use or disclose such information only for the purposes for which such information was collected, or as required by court order or applicable law. Limitations on Services
We may establish limits concerning the use of various services on the Website, including the maximum number of days that content you post will be retained, the maximum number and size of postings, e-mail messages, or other content that may be transmitted or stored on the Website. Indemnity by User
You will indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of the Website, including any breach by you of the terms of this agreement.
Termination of Account
You may cancel your account at any time and have your profile removed from the Website by sending an email request to
cancellations@gotgreatneighbors.net.
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Website, without notice, if we believe you have violated this agreement.
In either case, upon termination of your account, any fees paid for the current member period are not refundable.

General Provisions
You agree that Illinois law shall govern this agreement, and that any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts in the Northern District of Illinois, other than for actions to enforce any order or judgment entered by such courts.
This agreement contains the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of this Website.
The terms of this agreement will survive termination of your registration to the Website.
If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
